Model VRT 1000 is constructed for molding of all types of Plastic Raw materials, and it is specialized in manufacturing one colour foam shoes, non-foam shoes, Sandals, slippers, full plastic footwear and soles.
- Vertical type injection system: This system outreaches the traditional design and modified in new techniques. As the dimension, is only half of the traditional machine and that’s why it takes less space to place it.
- Mould space: It is easy to match with various kinds of moulds and able to produce more designs.
- Temperature controlled by three temperature controllers: Gives perfection in maintaining the melt temperature with least variation.
Ergonomically designed and interchangeable.
It is also available VRT 400 and VRT 1000 tailor-made according to customer's requirement.
